The Get Up 8 Foundation is dedicated to helping members in our community that are in need.  If you or anyone you know is in need of assistance, please complete the application form below.  The Get Up 8 Foundation carefully reviews every application and will notify you if you have been chosen as the grant recipient for our next event.  Recipients will be selected based on individual circumstance and the foundation's ability to provide support as determined by the Get Up 8 Board of Directors.  Any monetary gifts or items donated to the recipient will not be recurring, and should be a self-sustaining solution for the recipient.
